Account Executive – Salesforce Ecosystem

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic and fast growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of more than 3 years in selling services/solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, either at Salesforce or as a Salesforce Partner. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the Salesforce Consulting industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving  sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and qualify potential clients, with a compelling problem that can be solved by the Salesforce platform. 

    • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities by leveraging networking, market research, and existing Salesforce partnerships.

  • Sales Execution:

    • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

    • Present tailored solutions that address client needs, focusing on the value proposition and ROI.

    • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce account executives, solution engineers, and other key stakeholders.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to maximize their investment in Salesforce solutions.

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. 

  • Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about Salesforce products, services, and ecosystem trends to position solutions effectively.

    • Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and client needs to inform product or service development.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas consistently.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, services, and partner network.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Certifications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Administrator.
