Business Development Representative (BDR)
Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact by generating high-quality leads and building relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem. The BDR will focus on high-volume outreach across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and LinkedIn to drive pipeline growth and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Conduct high-volume outreach using various channels (phone, email, text, LinkedIn) to engage with prospects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, discovery calls, and effective questioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
Pipeline Development:
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives by identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
Sales Outreach Strategy:
Customize messaging and outreach strategies to resonate with specific target audiences, emphasizing the value of Salesforce-related solutions.
Leverage tools, where available, like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales enablement platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Relationship Building:
Build initial relationships with prospects by understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions to their needs.
Nurture leads that are not yet ready to purchase, keeping them engaged until they are sales-ready.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of activities, interactions, and progress in the Salesforce system.
Provide regular updates on KPIs, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem or SaaS industry.
Proven success in high-volume outreach and lead generation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools (e.g., Gong).
A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Ability to handle objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience prospecting in the Salesforce ecosystem or working with Salesforce ISVs and partners.
Knowledge of Salesforce products and their applications.
Familiarity with multi-channel outreach best practices.
