Lead Consultant and Project Manager
Role Overview: As the Lead Consultant and Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of Salesforce core solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Your role will combine leadership, strategic consulting, and project management to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges and turn those needs into well defined requirements and user stories.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution design.
Project Management:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce core solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Oversee configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
Ensure data integrity, security, and system scalability.
Training and Enablement:
Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on Salesforce best practices and solution usage.
Create comprehensive training materials and documentation to support user adoption.
Ensure end-users are equipped to maximize the value of implemented solutions.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions.
Ensure documentation of project processes, configurations, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and project management.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce core solution implementations.
