Vice President of Growth/Revenue
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Growth to lead and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving growth, managing high-performing teams, and achieving exceptional results. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue potential, foster team excellence, and expand market presence all whilst carrying a sales quota.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement growth strategies that align with company goals and capitalize on opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Revenue Generation/Sales Execution:
Own the company’s revenue targets and drive initiatives to achieve and exceed them.
Develop scalable sales processes and frameworks to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce executives, partners, and customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
Establish clear performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
Identify and address skill gaps within the team to ensure optimal performance.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Ensure the voice of the customer is represented in all growth initiatives.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that deliver measurable value.
Drive client retention and expansion by fostering long-term partnerships.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Regularly report on key metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and team performance, to the executive team.
Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve results.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a revenue leadership role, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem or SaaS industry.
Proven success in leading and scaling teams to achieve maximum potential and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of, and relationships in, the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISVs, consulting partners, and product offerings.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.

Experience with multi-channel sales strategies and partner-driven growth models.
