Vice President of Growth/Revenue

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Growth to lead and execute strategic initiatives.  The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving growth, managing high-performing teams, and achieving exceptional results. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue potential, foster team excellence, and expand market presence all whilst carrying a sales quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with company goals and capitalize on opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

    • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving revenue targets.

    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

  • Revenue Generation/Sales Execution:

    • Own the company’s revenue targets and drive initiatives to achieve and exceed them.

    • Develop scalable sales processes and frameworks to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.

    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce executives, partners, and customers.

    • Meet or exceed individual and team quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and business development professionals.

    • Establish clear performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and create a culture of accountability and excellence.

    • Identify and address skill gaps within the team to ensure optimal performance.

  • Customer-Centric Approach:

    • Ensure the voice of the customer is represented in all growth initiatives.

    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that deliver measurable value.

    • Drive client retention and expansion by fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

    • Regularly report on key metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and team performance, to the executive team.

    • Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve results.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue leadership role, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem or SaaS industry.

  • Proven success in leading and scaling teams to achieve maximum potential and revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of, and relationships in, the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISVs, consulting partners, and product offerings.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
